The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Web Channel Operations Lead. This role will oversee the project management operations for the web channel to drive growth at scale. Reporting to the head of MetLife.com, this role is critical in ensuring the efficient coordination and execution of web projects, upholding high standards of quality, and timely delivery of content. Keep us organized and drive value over volume.
How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
* Develop and implement project management processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity
* Manage processes to ensure efficient workflows, address and resolve any issues, drive quality, working closely with content creators, key stakeholders and technical teams to make necessary adjustments
* Facilitate communication between internal (within and outside the department) and external teams and contributors to ensure clarity of project requirements and alignment of goals
* Update stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements through regularly reporting
* Monitor performance of digital operations and stay updated with the latest trends in digital operations and project management to continuously refine and advance operational strategies
* Run regular site audits for legal, compliance and content value
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
* 2+ years of relevant experience in digital operations management
* 2+ years of experience working with Excel, pivot tables, vlookup
* 1+ years of digital marketing experience including website management and web design
* Familiarity with the Adobe suite of products including AEM, Analytics and WorkFront
* Bachelor’s degree or related military experience

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in a cross-functional environment
* Experience working with team members from all over the world; experience working in a global, three-shift environment (9am - 5pm, 3pm - 10pm, 11am - 8am) a plus
