Works as a Web CMS Content Creative Specialist, as part of a small team, to migrate all identified content pages and banners, across our 40+ websites, localized in 28+ languages, from our current sites to our new enterprise CMS system. Involving creation of migrated pages in new system, adding page components as per layout requirements; copying content from existing page elements into respective page component documents, for each language and site respectively; all associated images to be refactored and/or recreated and uploaded into the new CMS DAM, and linking to associated page component document types. Working as part of a wider team, attending daily stand-ups as required, to ensure migration work completed to deadlines; working closely with content migration creative lead, as well as senior content migration team members to ensure quality and consistency. Reporting to direct manager and DXP Product Owner.

Responsibly for carrying out content migration task list assigned, ensuring completion within agree deadlines; reporting to line manager and content migration project lead. Reporting progress and blockers in daily stand-up as required. Providing support to junior Web CMS Specialists as appropriate

Creation of CMS pages in new CMS, using templates with pre-populated page components, or dragging and dropping page components on to a blank page template, as the layout requirements dictate; page layouts implemented with creative judgment and should follow outlined guidelines to ensure consistency, and best performance.

All text content to be migrated from existing pages, into content documents, used by page templates and page components, within new CMS, for each legacy site and language. Content to be copied from each site page element and pasted into relevant documents created. Documents should be filed within site folder structure in the correct location, using correct naming conventions, as dictated by migration guidelines.t

For identified content that can be automated, within the migration process; content should be parsed into the correct format, within CSV templates provided, and made available to site admin for batch import.

For each page and banner migrated, all associated image assets should be recreated in Photoshop or similar tool, using relevant image template provided; creative skills should be used to re-create image assets in-line with brand guidelines; consulting with content migration creative lead and senior team members for creative approval where required.

All associated and referenced assets documents required should be uploaded into the relevant folder of the CMS DAM asset store, such as PDF and Word documents etc; all files should be named and stored as per migration guidelines. Video assets should be uploaded on to Brightcove, our video hosting/streaming platform, and referenced in page components accordingly.

All mastered content should be localized by region, language and site as required; creating copies of master pages, components and documents. For each required language content should be cut from current site language/locale page, into relevant localized new CMS documents copied and created.

Content should be mastered, QA checked, localized and published following the CMS automated workflow and approvals..
