The eCommerce Content Specialist is part of a team responsible for creating and enabling a world-class shopping experience on HP.com. The Content Specialist role ensures the eCommerce store content management aligns with HP.com’s overall business objectives. The Content Specialist will be responsible for handling a wide variety of ecommerce functions ranging from coordinating new product launches (NPI’s) to creating, improving and/or automating business process flows. Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
The Content Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Category, Merchandizing, GBU, RBU, System Support (I.T.) and other internal content providing teams to ensure the products on our webstore are displayed appropriately and with eye catching energy.
