We are seeking a Web Designer to create compelling digital experiences and assets that advance our client's mission. This role is crucial for developing effective websites and visual content that helps mission-driven organizations achieve their goals. The position requires someone who can combine strong web design skills with graphic design capabilities while maintaining high creative standards and supporting business development initiatives.
The Impact you’ll makeWebsite Design & Development\nCreate and maintain websites using Wix and Squarespace\nImplement responsive design principles\nTranslate client requirements into creative web solutions\nEnsure consistent branding across web platforms\nGraphic Design & Visual Content\nCreate digital assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite\nDesign marketing materials and branding elements\nDevelop visual content for social media\nFollow and maintain brand guidelines\nMarketing & Business Development\nCreate and manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp\nGenerate and analyze social media channel reports\nIdentify and pursue new client opportunities\nConduct business development outreach\nLead generation and follow-up management\nTrack outreach campaign performance\nAnalysis & Reporting\nPrepare professional reports and presentations\nAnalyze social media metrics and create reports\nFormat data into visually appealing documents\nGenerate business development insights\nAdministrative Support\nManage email and calendar efficiently\nConduct research and data entry\nSupport client communications\nHandle multiple project timelines\n
