Hostaway is looking for an experienced Web Developer to build, improve, and maintain our website and related assets. This position will report to the VP of Marketing.

Your Mission

Develop new website-related code and refactor existing pages

Validate developed website content and analyze data to monitor quality, security, user interface experiences, and to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement procedures for ongoing Website revision

Participate in Website architecture and design in collaboration with designers to deliver a fully responsive website solution

Conceptualize and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates, user behavior, and achieve business goals

Design and edit website content in collaboration with the content team

Design and create high-converting landing pages

Implement third-party solution integrations

Evaluate written code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all targeted devices

Maintain a professional understanding of web development by tracking trends and participating in study groups

Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests

Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products

Job requirements

You have at least 3 to 5 years of web development experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS and/or startup

You developed and maintained professional, modern, amazing-looking, responsive websites for successful companies - you are able to provide concrete example (we hold the right to contact the companies to get feedback about your work).

Expert in various coding languages including HTML, CSS, Javascript and React (Styled Components)

Very nice to have experience: Gatsby, GraphQL

Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) Contentful

Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards

Experience in using a full stack of marketing tools, including Hubspot, Unbounce, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, etc.
