Qualifications Passionate about being in the right work culture Not intimidated by long projects and task lists Must be able to take the ball and run with it… no hand-holding required Ability to manage multiple projects within a variety of client industries without freaking out Skillful problem solver with whom awesome solutions don’t look like patchwork Not a design noob and understands that things have to look good Expectations Deliver solutions on time and the foresight to plan accordingly Produce user experiences with an attention to detail Manage customer support for multiple client sites Make final decisions with the input from the team Exhibit creativity when necessary, being efficient at all times Skills Google Apps Project management software such as Asana, Basecamp, Sharepoint, etc PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JS Agile software development Adobe Creative Suite Front-end development toolsets such as npm, Bower, Grunt/Gulp, CSS preprocessors, JS transpilers, etc. (bonus) Requirements Portfolio of work, include your personal website Extensive experience creating custom WordPress themes and supporting WordPress sites College degree Previous marketing agency experience (bonus) Previous project management experience (bonus)
