Web Developer - AI/ML

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast pace environment and successfully contribute to the team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web development technologies and experience integrating AI/ML models into web platforms.

Job Responsibilities: 

Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Build responsive and scalable web applications using modern web technologies. Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. AI/ML Development: Develop and implement cutting-edge AI technologies and solutions that solve complex business problems and enhance our existing solutions. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in web development and AI/ML. Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designer, backend developers and quality assurance people to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Skills Required: 

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript/ES6 and frameworks such as React, VueJS or Angular. Hands-on coding experience with Python or C++. Expertise with generative AI, LLM models such as chatGPT3, chatGPT4 or llama3 etc. Good experience in developing AI applications using OpenAI API systems or frameworks like langchain etc. Familiar with prompt engineering and techniques to reduce hallucination.  Experiences in training, testing and fine-tuning AI models would be an asset. Soft Skills: Fast learning skills. Strong analysis, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Curious, self-drive and strong passionate to AI/ML technologies.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $80,000 - $92,000 annually.  Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level.  Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
