Kforce has a client that is seeking a Web Engineer in Madison, WI. Primary Job Duties: * Develop and maintain highly available APIs for our largest partners and products * Understand API documentation and interfacing with APIs; This includes development, integration. consumption, and management of API's * Develop and implement scalable applications that meet business requirements and can be distributed globally * Participate in technical design of new applications and products * Align to and enforce code standards and review other developers code as part of PR process for the same purpose * Be a self-managing, full participant in cross-functional agile teams: define tasks and assignments and complete them by committed dates and timelines and help teammates do the same * Be a strong advocate for product quality * Develop POC's when learning about new products and technologies * Assist with testing and testing automation if needed * Work across R&D to build a best in customer service approach for the betterment of our customer's experience * Work directly with all other global development functions including DQA, console software, hardware, and other engineering teams for testing and validation of the product * Other duties as assigned
