As a Website Modification Specialist in Cebu, Philippines, you're a crucial part of our Web Modification Team, responsible for refining and updating our clients' websites post publishing. In this role, you'll make critical design and content updates, responding to customer requests with precision and care. If you're adept at working with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and you thrive in an environment that embraces technological advances, this position awaits you. 

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark:  

Website Enhancements & Client Engagement: Execute precise design and content changes that align with our clients' vision for their online presence. Collaborate directly with clients to understand, clarify, and implement their requests for the best possible outcome.  

Technical Excellence: Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, and CSS is a must. Experience with JQuery and PHP is a major plus. You will use these skills to update and maintain websites to our high standards.  

Project Management: Handle multiple projects with varying complexities, clearly communicate progress, and meet deadlines in our fast-paced environment.  

Feedback Integration & Continuous Learning: Accept and incorporate qualitative feedback, and stay proactive in learning new web design trends, coding techniques, and industry standards.  

Process Improvement & Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine processes and enhance our services. 

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed:  

College coursework in technology underway or completed, or equivalent work experience in a related field.  

Demonstrated proficiency in WordPress, HTML, and CSS is necessary. Knowledge of JQuery and PHP is highly regarded.  

Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.  

Strong understanding of web design layout and design principles. 

Communication Expert: With strong written, verbal, and visual creative skills, you effectively communicate technical information in a customer-friendly way.  

Detail-Oriented & Adaptable: You possess a passion for excellence and a dynamic approach to problem-solving, with an eye for detail and a flexible attitude toward change and new technologies.  

Team Contributor: Organized, multitask-capable, and dedicated, you are a team player driven to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the efficiency and quality metrics of our operations. 

Technically Skilled: A strong understanding of web technologies and design principles, with the ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
