Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hr plus $1.75 Shift Differential; depending on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the heartbeat of the pressroom, supporting daily operations and ensuring our web presses run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

Running the press during breaks, lunches, and PTO for the operator.Keeping quality at the forefront by inspecting printed sheets every 15 minutes for color, registration, and specs.Prepping roll-stock, inspecting materials, and ensuring every job starts and ends perfectly.Performing essential maintenance tasks and ensuring the press is ready for success.Assisting with job setup, like washing rollers and preparing ink fountains.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: Manufacturing Environment - walking, standing, bending, twisting, grasping, reaching above and below shoulder, lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis and up to 70 pounds on occasion. Must wear hearing protection on the production floor.
