Position Summary

We are looking for a new Web Publishing Associate to join our team!

Role and Responsibilities

Ticket, issue and task management in Jira, in coordination with lead project manager and marketing agency teams.Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and approval chains before making changes live.Status tracking of all tickets and their coordination between included external and internal teams.Maintain and document all updates on internal tickets and other coordination tools.Page QA & review, with feedback communication to all connected operational teams.Task prioritization & it's management based in agreement and coordination with lead project manager.Website content administration & basic operations using AEM content management system.Support lead project manager with all operational tasks as necessary. Primary focus on local promotion pages and product page build and maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications

University degree or final year student (organizational sciences, marketing, technical sciences preferably).Familiarity and/or experience with Project management tools (Jira & Confluence especially) is a plus.Experience working with Content management systems (experience in AEM is a plus).Basic understanding of HTML & CSS.Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.Strong command of English and Serbian, both written and spoken.Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinker.Cross-cultural competence and excelent communication and collaboration skills necessary.Strong creative sensibility and motivated by new challenges.Driven by continuous innovation.
