1.     Understanding of Web Services Security and its standards

2.     Installation / Configuration / Development Oracle Service Bus 12c is a Plus

3.     Understanding and working knowledge of Oracle Web Services Manager

4.     Oracle WebLogic Server deployment and security configuration knowledge.

5.     Oracle Entitlement Server knowledge (A separate resource) is fine but experience in Web Services and OSB based SM for OES is great plus.
