**Primary Function**
Seeking Webcast Producer to provide daily A/V and media support to clients in a high-end meeting and event environment. Includes technical support for live streaming and synchronous virtual event production. You must be able to have/get a Security Clearance!

**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Meet with clients to create theme of webcast. This includes creating script and rundown and identifying editorial elements
+ Identify tasks and work with A/V team to develop and create graphic elements for the webcast
+ Develop PowerPoint and other presentations
+ Write scripts
+ Oversee set-up of conference rooms, including microphones, projection systems, A/V device control systems, robotic cameras
+ Work with webcast team/external vendor on the distribution of the webcast.
+ Technically produce the live webcast and provide helpdesk support to the participants. This includes streaming video, audio production and technical support to participants
+ Proficiency in industry-relevant streaming platforms such as Adobe Connect, MS Teams, Zencastr, Zoom, and Twitch
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ Writing and producing
+ Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with Adobe Connect and shall be responsible for the creation of virtual rooms, layouts, pods, polls, questions and answers creating and establishing closed captioning.
+ Responsible for establishing, connecting, and managing an audio bridge facilitating connections to Adobe Connect webinar sessions.
+ Manage webcams during live-streaming webinar sessions.
+ Customer service skills with direct experience in live synchronous event (webinar) applications and video equipment to support streaming events. Strong working knowledge of related applications and hardware in the planning, testing production, and execution of live synchronous events (webinar).
+ Proficient in industry standard and media development software packages including, but not limited to: Apple Final Cut, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Adobe Connect, Divinici Resolve, ProTools and familiarity with third-party products such as Audacity and MPEG Streamclip.
+ Strong knowledge of connectors, cabling and standard communication signaling. Strong working knowledge of personal computers, and webinar equipment setup.
+ Prep and upload content for live-streamed events, and manage content library.
+ Assist and/or perform equipment set-up, troubleshooting of technical issues, and communications testing prior to event.
+ Manage attendees and presenters during live-streamed webinar events, providing break out rooms and other accommodations as necessary for live talent.
+ Engage with other staff to stage, rehearse with, and direct event hosts and presenters for synchronous virtual events within the Adobe Connect environment or other streaming applications as warranted.
+ Strong knowledge of terminal and personal computers, transmission, testing procedures, integration and equipment set-up
+ Possess a valid motor vehicle operator license.
+ Ability to perform physical tasks: lift up to 60 lbs., climb steps and ladders, walk up to one mile, move furniture as required, set-up and break-down tables
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia production or associated discipline, or equivalent training or certificate, plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience in live synchronous event (webinar) production, technical support, telecommunications protocols, and AV development.
+ 5+ years of related experience in streaming video and audio production and technical support
+ Working knowledge of A/V equipment
+ Ability to write scripts and produce live events
+ Secret Security Clearance Required
