Description: **ABOUT THE ROLE** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Webmaster to take on the project manager for the launch of our new website as well as maintain, manage, and optimize our website post-launch to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and security. As a Webmaster, you will oversee the functionality, design, development, and monitoring of the website. You will also collaborate with various teams to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and keep our online presence consistent with business goals and branding. **WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH** + Website launch: Project management including coordinating stakeholders and IT, developing contracts, ensuring IT security, managing timelines, overseeing budgets, ensuring resource allocation, and aligning deliverables with project goals to achieve a seamless and on-budget launch. + Website maintenance: Regularly monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality to ensure smooth operation. + Content Management: Update and manage web content, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and aligned with company branding. + Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve website issues, such as broken links, and coordinate fixes with IT such as loading problems or plugin conflicts + SEO: Implement and maintain search engine optimization best practices to improve website rankings and visibility. + Performance Monitoring: Use Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track website traffic, user engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement. + Collaboration: Work with communications, marketing, HR, and IT teams to support business campaigns, landing pages or new feature rollouts. + Compliance: Manage relationship to legal to ensure the website complies with legal requirements, such as GDPR.Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree **Required Work Experience:** Proven experience as a Webmaster, Web Developer, or similar role. **Required Technical Skills:** + Proficiency in AEM. + Nice to have: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms. + Proficient with SEO best practices, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics + Experience with web security tools and protocols. + Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design. + Familiarity with hosting environments (Adobe Cloud). Additional Requirements: + Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
