Amazon Latam Selling Partner Marketing team is responsible for driving seller acquisition to all categories available on the marketplace. We own both strategy and execution of marketing channels and programs. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to manage our selling partner facing websites across Latam.
Your job will be to create content, new pages, run tests and and own the analytics of our websites, helping to drive registrations of new sellers on Amazon, and increase programs awareness. You will also be responsible for managing the roadmap of 4 outsourced headcounts that will take care of operational tasks from page creation, asset development and other responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, self-starter, with strong customer focus, and project management skills, working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The candidate has proven success of creating content, testing and launching new tactics, measuring results and optimizing performance over time against a clear set of measurable targets.
You will partner with Amazon’s category teams, product and program management, supply chain, and business leaders in Brazil, as well as teams across geographies.
Key job responsibilities
- Working closely with product, program and business stakeholders to create and maintain website pages for programs, events and educational content;
- Launching new website features in collaboration with global stakeholders;
- Driving experiments to improve conversion across the website and tracking performance analysis;
- Owning content production for blog and newsletter;
- Deep understanding of the selling partner and customer, by conducting surveys and UX research, with obsessive understanding of new opportunities;
- Leading cross-functional marketing initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders;
- Work with central product teams for driving technical improvements and new features roadmap for the website;
- Managing goals, roadmap and ways of working of 4 outsourced headcounts from India.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
