The Website Graphic Designer manage the initial implementation of software setup of new and existing client as well as provides fact-based guidance to ensure successful transfer of information.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up one or more products for small to midsize property management companies. Coordination with internal departments. Creating of logo and completing web design task Deliver on-time implementations, per agreement with customer. Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction. Identify and escalate to your leader, issues or risks to assigned implementations. Review client business practices and confirm data is converted in a way that best utilizes RealPage products. Review complex orders to confirm that all services being provided have been properly requested. Perform peer review of the work produced by teammates to ensure it meets department quality standards. Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects within a short time frame. Communicate with management regarding the status of assignments and any obstacles encountered that may hinder the achievement of designated goals.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Graduate of any four-year course related to IT or software. With 2 years work experience in Digital Marketing, SEO and Graphic Designing With background using photoshop, SharePoint and Salesforce Technology/SaaS, Marketing/Digital Advertising and/or Property Management experience Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Must possess good organization and time management skills. Able to work with little supervision but knowing when to escalate problems. Completing multiple tasks within desired timelines; excellent project management skills Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change.
