Insight Global is seeking a Website Manager to join an Outdoor Equipment Company based in Edmonton Alberta. The Website Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the website. They will also be responsible for enhancing the customer experience through integrating custom customer journeys for marketing purposes, and creating custom website experiences for US vs Canadian customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the Off Grid Trailers website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
* Implement and manage Shopify and Shopify Plus features, including Shopify Flow, to automate processes and improve the customer experience.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure website content aligns with business goals and promotional activities.
* Monitor website performance, analytics, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
* Work with third-party developers and vendors as needed for website enhancements and updates.
* Ensure website compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the website competitive and innovative.
