This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills and a deep understanding of how the Japanese audience consumes content online to effectively drive business growth.  This role will be based in Japan.

Responsibilities:

Website Development and Content Management:Lead the creation and ongoing management of the company's website, ensuring it aligns with Sartorius brand and marketing strategies.ensure accurate and consistent product information across digital platforms.Managing and utilizing PIMS to ensure accurate and consistent product information across digital platforms.Collaborate with campaign and internal stakeholders across Asia , Europe and US, to localize global content into high performing Japanese web pages.Provide creative inputs and ideas for local content that resonates with the Japanese audience.Solicit and translate stakeholder feedback into solutions.Manage and maintain an outstanding user experience throughout campaign web areas.Creatively troubleshoot website issues and conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to maintain optimal website performance.Project ManagementPlan, execute and oversee website projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely deliveryCoordinate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website features and functionalities.SEO and AnalyticsImplement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search rankings in the Japanese market.  Monitor web performance by gathering analytics data and translate insights to optimize user experience and conversions.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written (especially English and Japanese)5+ years experience building and managing web content using a web content management (WCMS) system, familiarity with CoreMedia is a plus  Experience in implementing on-page SEO best practicesE-commerce or digital marketing experience within the Japanese marketProficient in HTML , CSS , PIMS as well as Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelFamiliar with Adobe Indesign and/ or  Video editing softwares  (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut etc)Experience tracking website performance through the used of business KPIs (visit to lead, etc...) and through the use of analytics tools (web analytics tools, heat mapping tools)Strong track record of optimizing web pages to drive conversions (eg, leads, downloads).Well versed in communicating with stakeholders from different functions and with varying levels of background knowledgeSome experience working in social, SEO, SEA, display channelsMarketing oriented mindset, inquisitive and passionate for digital marketing and content creation to drive customer engagement through innovative web solutions.
