Job Summary
SummaryResponsible for managing various social media platforms, creating engaging content, and monitoring online conversations to maintain a positive and informative digital environment.
Essential Functions
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the hospital's marketing goals.
Manage and monitor hospital accounts on major social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Generate compelling and informative content related to healthcare services, patient stories, medical advancements, and community events.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Monitor online reviews and ratings on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Healthgrades.
Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree Marketing required or

Experience
Experience in social media management, preferably in the healthcare industry. 2-3 years required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and industry regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using social media analytics tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare compliance standards.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
