One of our clients, a major oil and gas company, has tasked us with finding a Directional Driller to work in the Calgary, AB region for a 6-month contract with a high possibility of extension, to work on a 21/7 rotation. 

The D&M Specialist – Directional Driller is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable directional drilling services. The role involves executing service delivery, managing risks, and improving performance while adhering to company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely job deliverables. Execute service delivery and participate in job risk assessments. Promote company products/services by building customer relationships. Comply with safety and quality standards (CAT, HSE, inspections). Engage in Service Quality Meetings and implement improvement plans. Maintain PPE compliance and follow HSE policies. Qualifications & Skills: Directional Drilling experience. Western Canada experience (highly preferred). Knowledge of Schlumberger tools/software (a plus). Experience with SAGD & Oil Sands operations. Strong communication and computer skills. Driver's License and Truck.
