The Server position provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options.
What you will do
Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phoneand email to respond to questions and requests.
• Correspondence and planning for new customer
• Responsible for coordinating internally and externally with the wedding team.
• Assist wedding manager by managing schedules, filing important documents
and communicating relevant information.
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
• Answered and directed all incoming phone calls within the Office.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures
and safeguards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Catering.
What you bring
Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.Ability to coordinate wedding both in Japanese and English.Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and Four SeasonsInternal Controls, Policies and Procedures as they relate to Wedding.Working knowledge is generally learned on the job.Ability to operate fax, scanner, copier, telephone, adding machine, calculator.Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software.Ability to read, write and speak English.

Schedule & Hours:
• 40 working hours per week.
• 10 days off every month except February (9 days)
