The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for Wedding Manager, who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Weddings.

Responsibilities

Actively solicit new business and respond to inquiries with the intention of confirming profitable business and achieving Quarterly Sales Goals. Maintain an active trace/follow-up system on all inquiries and personal sales calls.Coordinate with the Sales Department and Catering to insure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenuesSupervise the execution of weddings. Review all function space with banquet manager and when necessary head house attendant. Ensure satisfaction of client at the outset of all events.Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, capacities and dimensions of meeting space and basic operational needs of all operating departments.Keep Director of Catering and Planning Committee promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate.Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, banquet event orders, schedule of events, printed menus, and emails using MS Word, Delphi, and Lotus Notes.Comply with Four Seasons standards for catering and conference services, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee.

Qualifications and Skills
