Saturday & Sunday: 2 PM – 5 PM
Note: Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin and available for the full schedule.

About the Position

In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in their homes. You’ll use your Mandarin language skills to build connections, foster communication, and empower children to develop critical life skills. Guided by a professional team, you’ll help create brighter futures for children and families.

What You’ll Do

Deliver personalized ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Use positive reinforcement and tailored strategies to encourage progress. Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Collaborate with families to ensure consistency in care. Monitor progress and share insights with the team.

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in Mandarin is required.

Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism is preferred. Strong communication skills to connect with children and families. A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach. High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a bonus.
