The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pawling is seeking dedicated CNAs for our Weekend Baylor Program.

Position: Weekend Baylor CNA

At The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Pawling, we are looking for dedicated Weekend Baylor CNAs to join our team. This unique opportunity allows you to maximize your earnings while providing exceptional care to our residents over the weekends.

What You’ll Do: Work 2-Consecutive Weekend Doubles and get paid the equivalent of a full week’s pay in just 2-days! Choose from various double shifts: Day-Evening, Evening-Night, or Night-Day. You can work every weekend OR every other weekend. Pick-up additional shifts during the week to earn even more! CNA Responsibilities: Provide compassionate care to residents as directed by nursing staff. Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Pass meal trays, assist with feeding, and report food and fluid intake. Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns to nursing staff. Transport residents within the facility. Maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents. CNA Requirements: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing. Strong teamwork skills and a compassionate approach to resident care. What We Offer: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (for full-time) Competitive compensation with new higher rates.
