Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Provide driving associates with the necessary support to ensure seamless operations and safe, on time delivery of freight during weekend hours.

Oversee approximately 100 trucks during weekend shifts to ensure seamless movement of Driving Associates and freight.Collabo with other team members to ensure Driving Associates and customer needs are met as it relates to load planning.Ensure maximization of driving hours and equipment utilization.Monitor assigned trucks and resolve issues that may impact scheduled delivery/pickup times.Proactively inform Account Management of customer changes.Communicate effectively and professionally with Driving Associates, customers, fellow team members and all levels of leadership.Manage the call que and minimize abandoned calls and hold times.Provide seamless operational support to Driving Associates while TMs and DMs are out of office.Understand and support company policies.Proactively work to assist other team members in achieving company's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

Previous driving experience and/or operations, and/or customer experience required.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Must have strong communication skills.Must be able to work in high pressure situations.Must possess strong problem solving skills.Must be self-motivated.Must be detail-orientated.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly

About 25-30hr Per Week
