Weekend Dispatcher
$19/hour
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7am to 7pm WORK 36 HOURS AND GET PAID FOR 40 HOURS!

As a Weekend Dispatcher, you will be gathering critical information and effectively coordinating with tow-truck drivers ensuring timely and efficient service.  If you’re dependable, have excellent communication and multitasking skills, then we would love you to consider this position.

 

Responsibilities:

Answering calls and gathering critical information Dispatching tow-truck drivers to various locations while maintaining clear communication Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a professional demeanor Use dispatch software to manage assignments and track progress Quickly assess situations and make informed decisions

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Former dispatching experience is required Automotive knowledge is a plus Strong attention to detail and organization skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation and Benefits:
