About the Role

As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you're not just a front desk associate—you’re the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll create exceptional experiences for our clients, educate them on services that can truly improve their lives, and be a core part of a team that loves what it does.

What You’ll Do

Greet and guide clients with warmth, confidence, and positivity

Assist with scheduling, phone calls, voicemails, and appointment follow-ups

Introduce new clients to Restore: complete waivers, set up profiles, and answer questions

Conduct studio tours, educate on services, and confidently recommend packages and memberships

Learn the health benefits, safety precautions, and best practices of each service

Keep the studio clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone

Open and close the studio with pride and attention to detail

Embody Restore’s values and mission in everything you do

Uplift your team—share wins, give shoutouts, and keep the vibe strong

What You Bring to the Table

1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting

A team-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Weekend availability (we love the weekend crowd!)
