Are you a friendly and professional communicator with excellent customer service skills? Glasgow Audi is looking for a dedicated Switchboard Operator to join our team for the weekend shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the main switchboard, directing calls efficiently and courteously to the appropriate departments or individualsProvide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customersHandle customer inquiries and provide accurate information or messagesAssist with administrative tasks as required, including call logging and message takingMaintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all timesKey Skills & Qualifications:
