As a Weekend Waste Operative with Forklift License, you will play a vital role in our waste management operations. You will be responsible for efficiently and safely handling various types of waste materials using forklift equipment. Additionally you will be trained to safely operate cardboard baler, drum crusher and waste compactor.
Your primary duties will include:
Operating forklifts to transport, load, and unload waste materials within our facilities. Sorting and segregating different types of waste for recycling or disposal. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times. Assisting with general maintenance and cleaning of waste management equipment and facilities. Collaborating with team members to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.Qualifications: -
Valid forklift operator license/certification. - Previous experience in waste management or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
