Location: Furzebrook Works, Furzebrook, Wareham, BH20 5AR


Hours of work: 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6am-4pm


Salary: £31,563 per year

The job role 


As a Weighbridge Administrator, you oversee the smooth operation of the weighbridge facility while providing essential administrative assistance to the site manager. Your role will be crucial in maintaining accurate records, handling customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.


The main responsibilities include, but limited to:


Welcome and assist external clients, contractor, and visitorsAccurately input and manage weighbridge data, ensuring precise tonnage recordsProfessionally handle incoming calls and direct queries to the relevant teamGenerate reports using SAPResolve weighbridge and customer queries efficientlyScan, file and email documents to customersEnsure all visitors receive full Health & Safety induction and wear the correct PPE

You will:


Demonstrate proven administration experience in a fast-paced environment (industrial setting preferred)Be proficient in google documents (preferred)Have SAP knowledge and experience (preferred)Be able to work under pressure and manage conflicting deadlinesHave attention to detail and organisational skillsHave excellent customer and communication skillsHave a proactive and adaptable mindset to learn in-house systemsUnderstand Environmental and Health & Safety legislation (training provided)
