Alongside the leadership team of the Welbe Advocate Hub, the Welbe Advocate Hub Supervisor helps oversee call center operations to provide exceptional customer service to our participants. The Welbe Advocate Hub Supervisor focuses on oversight of daily operations of their assigned functional area of responsibility within the department and guides the mentorship and workflow of team members in this key function of the Hub.
Essential Job Duties
Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights, weekends and overtime Responsible for monitoring and managing the daily operations for their assigned functional area of responsibility which includes delegation of work, work schedules, and other responsibilities required to meet the expected performance targets and goals Responsible for the hiring and overall successful onboarding of all Welbe Advocates for their functional area. Works collaboratively with the Welbe Advocate training team to ensure new hires are successfully trained and for ongoing training needs Responsible for managing performance of their direct reports including quarterly check-ins, annual performance evaluations and ongoing coaching as required Helps in identifying systemic and/or operational issues and participates in process improvement life cycle which includes root-cause analysis, implementation, and monitoring. Motivates staff and serves as a change agent Provide support to the team, including the handling and resolving of urgent escalations and issues with a high-level of efficacy Participates in the development, review and implementation of department protocols and policiesQualifications and Requirements
Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights, weekends and overtime and must be comfortable with onsite travel to LA county WelbeHealth centers once (1) every other month and as needed for business needs High school diploma or equivalent, required Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members (preferably in a in a larger contact center or similar working environment) Minimum of (2) two years of relevant work experience and/or in healthcare, highly desired Must be proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications and phone systems including experience using electronic medical records systems Lean Six Sigma and/or Process Improvement Certificate, preferred Clinical certifications are a plusBenefits of Working at WelbeHealth: Apply your training expertise in new ways as we rapidly expand.
