Welcome Ambassador
A Welcome Ambassador delivered exceptional customer service to Guests, maintains frequent contact with Guests by welcoming them on arrival, assisting with departures and providing other services for all Guests\. **What will I be doing?** As a Welcome Ambassador, you serve as a key connection point between Guests and the hotel as well as other hotel departments, with the hotel property influences the Guest's first impression, and therefore, must ensure to always offer a professional and welcoming disposition\. Specifically, the Welcome Ambassador will perform the following tasks at the highest level of service: + Comply with Company brand standards at all times\- Welcome guests on arrival\- Maintain frequent contact with regular Guests and visitors\- Keep up to date on all hotel services as well as VIPs and special events\- Be knowledgeable on external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the vicinity\- Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service\- Ensure that all individual customers and Groups receive fast, efficient and friendly service\- Ensure that the Concierge Team are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either the customers or other departments + \- Process accurately check\-ins and check\-out\- Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service\- Comply with Hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\- Execute tasks as instructed by the Concierge Supervisor or Guest Service Manager\- Serve your role and Team in an environmentally\-conscience manner **What are we looking for?** A Welcome Ambassador serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members\.
