Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Welder - 2nd Shift. At our Worcester, MA we focus in the Electrical Sector when it comes to Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure to multiple segments, so of those being Utilties, Hospitals, Data Centers, and Commercial Institutions. The Welder- 2nd Shift role will over full time 40 hour work week, Medical Benefits, 401K, vacation, and opportunity for upward mobility. Schedule will be 2:00pm-10:30pm and Monday-Friday.
The hourly rate for this position is $23.50 - 25.00 per hour wit a 10% shift differential.

What you’ll do:The Production Welder will perform routine hand-welding or robotic welding on a repetitive and non-repetitive nature on standard and near-standard assemblies. De-burr, grind, and fit components prior to welding. Grind and polish finished elements as required. Block jig or position parts prior to welding. In this function you will:
Basic (Required):
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school. Six (6) months of prior welding experience or a technical diploma or certification in welding from an accredited institutionLegally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates in the immediate geographic area (50-mile radius) will be considered.
