Welder | $21 – $27 / Hour DOE | M-F 7:00 am to 4:30 pm  What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $21 – $27 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pmLocation: Yadkinville, NCWork Type: Temp to HireWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus programJob Description As a Welder you will be responsible for assembly and repair on various machinery and equipment Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), and flux-core welders.Set up components for welding according to specifications.Align components using calipers, rulers, clamps, and other tools.Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.Inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment.Follow all safety protocols and wear proper protective gear.Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to meet project specifications.Record and report any material defects or safety hazards.Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or GED; vocational training or certification in welding preferred.Proven experience as a welder (2+ years preferred).Proficient in using electric and manual tools (grinders, cutters, etc.).Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves, etc.).Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.Physical stamina and attention to detail.Able to perform in house welding test Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $21 – $27 per hour DOEMedical, Vision, Dental available401K and Referral Bonus ProgramYour New Organization: Our client is a leader in crane and rigging services in the Yadkin Valley are with a safety minded culture that adheres to all good safety practices to get the job done right.Your Career Partner: The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
