Responsibilities

Read blueprints and follow detailed instructions to bring projects to life

Set up and maintain a clean, productive, and safe work area

Select the right filler, wire, and tools to match the job

Operate welding equipment like a pro — safely, efficiently, and accurately

Inspect your finished work to ensure it’s nothing short of awesome

Move tools and materials with safety and purpose

Keep your workspace neat, because a clean welder is a happy welder

Qualifications and Skills

Able to follow spoken and written instructions like a champ

Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours a day

Previous MIG/TIG welding experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!

Sharp eye for detail and a strong work ethic

Eagerness to learn, grow, and weld like a rockstarHigh school diploma or general education degree.

Benefits/Compensation

Full time

$17 /hr depending on experience and skills

2nd Shift

Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
