**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** The main responsibility of a welder/fitter is to assemble and weld aluminum and stainless. You will layout and position parts according to a set of specifications. You will weld in various positions such as flat, horizontal, overhead, and vertical, and interpret blueprints. You may have to work at heights up to 15ft and possibly in confined spaces. **Hard Skills** + Welding + Fabrication + Blueprint interpretation + MIG on aluminum **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in KENT, Ohio. **Work Environment** 1st shift M-Th (10 hour shifts) and Fri (5 hour shift) = 45 hours weekly. You can choose either 6a-4p OR 5a-3p (Once shift is chosen, you cannot flip-flop start times unless it's on Fridays for OT). The pay rate is $21-$23/hr, with the potential to earn a $3 increase in the first year based on attendance and performance. Evaluations occur at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with potential raises up to $1 at each evaluation.
