**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** Candidates will be MIG welding on agricultural and transportation products. There will also be a fair amount of TIG welding and will provide training if needed. Responsibilities include working off of a blueprint, laying out the product using jigs/fixtures/clamps, and setting up and adjusting the welding machine based on the metals and thicknesses. 80% of the welding is MIG, and 20% is TIG. Almost all of the welds are on 1/2" steel or smaller gauge. **Hard Skills** + MIG welding + blueprint reading + machine setup **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in WEST FARGO, North Dakota. **Work Environment** The shop has recently expanded and has about 40 people working between both shifts. The available hours are: Days: 6:00am-4:30pm, Nights: 4:30pm-3:00am, Mon-Thurs with OT on Fri. Weekend: Fri-Sun: 6:00am-6:30pm. Will train on days for 3-6 weeks and get pay differentials when they switch shifts.
