How You’ll Add Value

The Welder performs a wide variety of welding operations in the creation and development of items in assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. They determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in such actions and make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

What You’ll Do

Key focus areas:

Ensures that all welds meet quality assurance standards.Determines appropriate welds per specifications.Efficiently and effectively manages time and resources.Various other duties as necessary.

What You Will Bring

HS Diploma or GEDWelding School Degree/Certificate highly preferred

Relevant additional requirements:

The ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.Above average math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.Knowledge of basic shop tools.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Critical attention to detail.
