**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled MIG welders to assist in the welding of trailers. You will be working solely with MIG welding techniques, and various tools will be provided to assist in your tasks. This role is essential to our production of aluminum, steel, and composite trailers used in the flatbed, dropdeck, and heavy-haul markets.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on trailers.
+ Utilize various tools to assist in welding tasks.
+ Ensure high-quality welds in accordance with specifications.
+ Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
+ Collaborate with a team of welders and other shop employees.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Experience in a fabrication shop or completion of a skilled trade training/associates program.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Work Environment**
This position is located in a non-climate controlled industrial manufacturing facility. The environment can be somewhat noisy due to machinery, but the facility is clean. You will be part of a team of approximately 67 employees, with around 20-40 welders working alongside you daily. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hoods, gloves, and steel-toed boots must be provided by the contractor, while other PPE will be provided.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springville, Alabama.
