**Job Posting: Welder** **Location: Casper, WY** **Position:** Welder **Pay:** $22/hour **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM (Overtime required and occasional Saturdays) **Job Description:** Adecco is helping a local client in Casper, WY seeking a skilled Welder to join there team! The ideal candidate will have basic MIG welding knowledge, experience with plasma cutting, and the ability to work with various welding and grinding equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to advance their career in a dynamic work environment. **Responsibilities:** + Perform MIG welding and repair downhole drilling tools. + Operate large grinding machines and hand grinders. + Run a wire feed welder and plasma transfer Arc (PTA) welder. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. + Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. + Unload materials on occasional Saturday mornings. + Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted as required. **Qualifications:** + Basic knowledge of MIG welding techniques. + Experience with plasma cutting and running large grinding machines. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. + Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. + Strong attention to detail and safety practices. **Benefits:** + Competitive pay of $22/hour. + Overtime pay for hours worked beyond the regular schedule. **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
