**Aerotek is hiring for Welders in Arcola, IL - Apply Today!** **Pay: $18-$25** **Shift: 6AM-3:30PM** **Job Description** Will be welding large parts/frame of the railroad equipment for repair, removal, or re-finishing. MIG Weld - 3/8” structural weld, carbon steel material, Horizontal and Vertical up/down. GMAW and Carbon Arc welding. Some torch cutting and plasma cutting/grinding. **Hard Skills** + MIG Weld - 3/8” structural weld + Dual shield/fluxcore + Carbon steel material + Horizontal and Vertical up/down welds + GMAW + Carbon Arc welding + Torch cutting + Plasma cutting/grinding + Ability to read blueprints (training available) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Coachable and eager to learn. + Willingness to help and pitch in where necessary. + Managerial, lead, or supervisor experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This is a smaller, team-oriented work environment where everyone is willing to help and pitch in.
