**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** Set up, assemble, and weld all products using work orders, blueprints, and jigs. Secure component parts in position using bolts, clamps, or tack welds. Retrieve parts needed to meet production requirements. Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure welds are clean and complete. Work in an assembly line and be flexible to work in various areas throughout the day based on workflow needs. **Responsibilities** + Set up, assemble, and weld products according to work orders, blueprints, and jigs. + Secure component parts using bolts, clamps, or tack welds. + Retrieve necessary parts to meet production needs. + Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure welds are clean and complete. + Work in various areas throughout the day as assigned, based on workflow. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of MIG welding experience. + Ability to perform Flat Fillet Weld, Vertical Down Fillet, Flat Butt Weld, Horizontal Butt Weld, Pipe External Fillet, and Pipe Internal Fillet. + Attention to detail to ensure clean and correct welds. + Ability to use hand tools and read a tape measure. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required. + Experience operating an overhead crane is a plus but not required. + Ability to use a jig and read work orders. + Ability to read blueprints is a plus but not required. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy benefits such as a 401k and a standard medical package. Conditions can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM, with a paid lunch break if you do not leave the premises. Lunch is at 11:30 AM, and there is a break at 2:15 PM.
