**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced welder with expertise in stainless steel welding. The ideal candidate must be strict on weld quality and capable of reading P&IDs. Experience in pipefitting is a bonus. The role requires proficiency in 2-inch schedule 5, 6G position welds, and all TIG, with some stick welding involved. Candidates will have the opportunity to practice before the weld test. Mechanical skills are essential. **Responsibilities** + Perform stainless steel welding with high precision. + Read and interpret P&IDs. + Conduct pipefitting tasks as needed. + Execute 2-inch schedule 5, 6G position welds. + Utilize mechanical skills in various welding tasks. + Perform all TIG welding, with some stick welding. + Ensure high weld quality in all projects. + Work on flat tables and ceilings as required. + Weld pipes efficiently and accurately. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in stainless steel welding. + Ability to read and interpret P&IDs. + Experience with 2-inch schedule 5, 6G position welds. + Mechanical skills. + Experience with TIG and stick welding. + High attention to weld quality. + 2+ years of relevant experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in pipefitting is a bonus. + Good attitude and willingness to learn. + Ability to read blueprints. + Familiarity with MIG welding, flux core, and fabrication. + Experience with mild steel and structural steel welding. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers excellent benefits, including 8 days of sick leave, and 100% premium paid for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
