**Job Title: MIG/TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled MIG/TIG Welders to join our team in Biddeford. In this role, you will perform various welds and follow blueprints to meet customer specifications. Additionally, you will be involved in machining duties, including lathe, mill, and CNC operations. Candidates must be willing to cross-train and take on additional responsibilities beyond welding.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding according to customer specifications.
+ Follow blueprints to ensure accurate welds.
+ Operate and maintain lathe, mill, and CNC machines.
+ Participate in cross-training for machining duties.
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong experience with MIG/TIG welding.
+ Comfortable with cross-training and running machining equipment.
+ Familiarity with lathes, mills, and CNC operations.
+ Ability to work 1st shift.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to follow blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
+ Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

**Work Environment**
Open machine shop environment with approximately 80 people. The role requires working in a first shift schedule, with opportunities for cross-training and professional growth.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, Maine.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
