Working shifts as needed by the job scope of 24 hours per day coverage.
The ability to take part in the operation, maintenance and the repair works of all the buggies under his care to ensure they are maintained and run in the best possible condition.
The ability to carry out vehicle inspections and repairs to manufacture standards and in line with company procedures.
The ability to Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.
The ability to Weld small and large components such as copper plumbing, beams, and pipelines.
The ability to Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job.
The ability to Maintain and repair all machinery.
The ability to Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.
The ability to Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
The ability to Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.
The ability to Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
The ability to Sourcing the materials to be used in the project
The ability to Measuring and cutting materials to specifications
The ability to Welding materials using the correct materials to join the metals together
The ability to perform preventive and proactive maintenance in line with manufacturers and company policy ensuring equipment is complaint with all aspects of safety and legal legislation in a cost-effective manner.
The ability of ordering and stocking spare parts for continuous operation of buggies.
The ability to maintain logs for all work performed while on duty.
The ability to respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
The ability to maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed.
The ability to ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
The ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner always reflects the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
The ability to handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
The ability to respond properly and professionally in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
The ability to report any damages observed within the Resort area, whether it be guestroom, public areas or any employee housing units through the Engineering reporting systems in place. Reporting to be done within one hour of discovery.
The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Engineering supervisory and management.
