**Job Title: Welder/Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator for a 1st shift position, working from 6am to 4:40pm, Monday through Thursday. This role involves MIG welding metal parts for the production of large industrial machinery. Candidates will utilize engineering prints to assemble, tack, and weld parts. This is a long term position, ideal for someone dependable and looking for a long-term opportunity. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on structural steel + Read and interpret engineering prints to assemble and tack parts + Use measuring tools to ensure precision in fabrication + Operate various machinery and perform grinding tasks + Ensure high-quality welds and structural integrity of assembled parts **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding, particularly with structural steel + Experience in fabricating metal parts + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Competence in using measuring tools + Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with robotic welding is a plus + Ability to operate machinery and perform grinding tasks + No certifications required **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where each welder has their own workstation.
