**Now actively hiring for an experienced Welder for a large industrial manufacturing compony located in Danbury, CT.** **Pay: $26-$35/hr - dependent on experiance** **Shift: 1st shift** **Location: Danbury, CT** **Job Description:** The Welder will be responsible for welding to specific tolerances. While training will be provided, the candidate must be able to work independently. **Responsibilities:** + Perform welding tasks using MIG and TIG techniques. + Read and interpret blueprints to complete welding projects. + Ensure welding meets specific tolerances and quality standards. + Assemble and fabricate components as required. + Work on production and fitting tasks as needed. **Essential Skills:** + Proficient in MIG and TIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with stainless steel welding. + Knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience in a machine shop environment. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Ability to work independently after initial training. **Why Work Here:** Join a large manufacturing corporation based out of Danbury, CT, offering numerous growth opportunities.
