This is an exciting opportunity for a certified welder to work on a variety of custom projects with a company that values communication, ownership, and quality craftsmanship. **Job Description:** **As a Welder** with us, you will be responsible for fabricating heavy-duty equipment such as truck dumpers, sand and gravel dredges, and pontoon underbellies. This position involves primarily **MIG welding** (dual shield and flux core wire) with minimal stick or TIG welding. You will work with heavy metals ranging from 1/8th of an inch to 2-3 inches thick, and your work will be based on blueprint reading and basic shop math—not production welding. Occasional Saturdays may be required. + **Shop Environment:** Our shop is an enclosed structure (100 yards long) behind the main office building.
