We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our production team. Manual-, Semi-automatic-, and Robotic welding of process connections to common assembly’s, according to Emerson’s quality requirements. The position is open to start immediately at our location in Ede. **In this role you will:** - Verify common assembly, process connections and heat extender against bill of material - Verify availability of material certificates in Oracle business system - Process transactions and enter quality data in Oracle business system - Adjust manual welding power sources - Welding: Tack; Manual; Semi-automatic; Robotic - Measure TIR (Total Indication Run-out) and F2F (Face to Face dimension) - Grind weld to specifications - Visual inspection of finished work - Rework of non-conformity - Performing hydro static tests - Performing helium leak tests - Performing H-series polishing and measuring roughness - If necessary help with/during other production processes and support Manufacturing Engineering team **For this role you will need:** - Fluent Dutch language skills; English language skills are beneficial, both together is preferred. - To be able to work in a production environment and the majority of your work will be in a standing position - To be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, in shifts (this team is working in a 2-shift rotation and a shift allowance is provided for this) - Good eyesight (passing the required eye examination) - Lifting goods up to 25kg **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** - Diploma in TIG steel manual welding level II or higher (or recognized equivalent). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in precision instrument welding is preferred. - On the Job Training Manual Welding is provided and must be completed successfully. **Who you are:** You are an experienced Welder.
