**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking 2 skilled and experienced welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in welding, specializing in structural steel. This role involves both in-shop fabrication and field welding assignments. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate and weld structural steel components such as handrails, stairs, and other custom metalwork. + Operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welders, to produce high-quality welds. + Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. + Travel to job sites to perform welding and installation of fabricated steel components, up to an hour away from our shop in Julian, PA. + Work in various field conditions, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. + Collaborate with construction teams and other trades to complete projects on time. + Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with industry standards. + Perform routine maintenance and repair of welding equipment. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. **Essential Skills** + 3-5+ years of experience in welding and metal fabrication, both shop and field. + Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field assignments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Certification in welding (e.g., AWS) is a plus, but not necessary. + Reliable transportation. + Compliance with 9-panel drug test without THC, fingerprint clearance, child abuse clearance, PA PATCH clearance. **Why Work Here?** We offer the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from structural steel fabrication to custom metalwork, helping you enhance your skills and gain valuable experience.
